You don’t have to figure it all out alone. At Wingman Counselling, I walk alongside you—sometimes literally.
Whether we meet virtually, in person or head into the woods for a walk-and-talk, you’ll find a grounded, human space to explore what’s feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelming.
I work best with adults in their 20s to 40s who are navigating life’s big “what now?” “what’s next?” and “do I or don’t I?” moments—relationships, breakups, career things, infertility and family planning, or just trying to undo the same unhelpful patterns on loop. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and full of empathy, with a good dose of humour and real talk.
I’m also trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and offer a hybrid model of structured DBT and talk therapy for folks living with borderline personality features. If traditional therapy spaces have never felt like a fit for you, let’s try something different—this is a space built around connection, not convention.
